Yes! We gladly accept insurance. At this time we accept Aetna, Cigna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Quest Behavioral Health, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. We are working very diligently to become credentialed with other insurance panels. Feel free to check back regularly for updates and more information.
What are your out-of-pocket rates?
Individual initial clinical assessments: $150
53-60 minute sessions: $120
90 minute sessions: $200 (only available by request)
How can I pay?

Do you offer free consultations?
Yes! We offer a free 15 minute telephone call for consultation. This ensures that we are able to provide you with the type of service you need and ensures that we are a good fit for the therapeutic relationship.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
At this time, we ONLY offer virtual sessions. This ensures that clients are able to receive the care they need from virtually any location. However, there are some limitations to this. We anticipate having a physical office soon! Check back for more details.
What can I expect from my first session?
At your first session, you can expect a warm and welcoming interaction. We will take time to review your new client paperwork, discuss confidentiality and its limitations, as well as any questions or concerns you may already have. This initial session is also a chance for you to share what brought you in and for you and your therapist to get to know each other. You’ll be invited to talk about your goals, any concerns you’re facing, and what you hope to gain from therapy.
There’s no pressure to dive too deep right away; instead, it’s about building trust and beginning a supportive, respectful relationship. Whether you’re feeling nervous, curious, or hopeful, your therapist is there to listen without judgment and help guide you forward. Schedule your appointment today to find out for yourself.
What is the cancellation policy?
Life happens! If you discover that you can no longer attend your scheduled appointment, you may reach out via email, phone call, or text message within 24 hours of the appointment to reschedule or cancel. If you miss an appointment without notice or cancel in less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be responsible for a $75 fee. This fee cannot be covered by insurance.
