With a passion for supporting and empowering individuals of all ages, she specializes in helping clients heal from trauma, navigate life transitions, manage chronic pain, and cope with challenges related to other mental health concerns.

She also enjoys integrating music and other expressive methods to provide strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care.
